Executive Director
As executive director of At Home With Van Dyk, Christine Sanchez oversees all areas of customer service, business development, marketing, staffing, strategic partnerships and regulatory compliance on behalf of the agency. She has served in a leadership role in home care since 2010, previously as a Regional Director. Christine believes strongly in building talented leaders within an organization — a core value of the Van Dyk family for decades. Her sincere desire to make a positive impact on families and colleagues is felt at all times. Christine earned a bachelor of arts degree in communication from Rutgers University.

Denise Meeks
Assistant Administrator
Denise joined the Van Dyk family with over 25 years of experience in business management and office operations. She has been a member of the AHVD leadership team since its opening. A consummate professional with vast credentials in healthcare, Denise provides a steady presence in the AHVD office with her strong analytical, problem-solving and people skills. She manages all billing and collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing and financial reporting. She previously served as a Business Manager for a mid-sized consulting firm, overseeing human resources, accounting and client relations. Denise began working in home care in 2012 and continues to shine in a profession that she loves dearly.

Julie Cowan
Director of Nursing
Julie brings over 20 years of nursing experience to the Van Dyk family. Her warmth and compassion make a profound impact in the lives of the many seniors we proudly serve. She has a proven track record of building strong clinical teams to serve in home health settings. As Director of Nursing, she is the chief clinical leader of Van Dyk’s home care division, overseeing the company’s coordination of care and delivery of care. She helps maintain compliance with all regulatory commissions. Julie started her nursing career as a field supervisor for a home care agency in Florida and then later become a director of nursing in New Jersey. She earned her BSN degree from South University.

Carolann Townsend
Director of Compliance, Scheduling & HR
Carolann brings over 15 years of home care experience to the Van Dyk family. Starting her career with the home care division of a top medical center in Northern New Jersey, she was the liaison between the home care division, the medical center and physician offices. Carolann’s compassion and outstanding customer service with clients, families and caregivers is reflected in her providing quality care into our clients’ homes. Carolann oversees all aspects of staffing, recruiting, training, regulatory affairs and technology integration for scheduling.
